121 Tested Recipes "The Junket Folks" 1940 Booklet

Description

This little 1940 booklet is promoting "Junket Rennet Tablets, or Junket Rennet Powder."   Of what I can understand, Junket was a type of gelatin powder or tablet to add to food, to set puddings, fillings or ice cream.  Even with the Good Housekeeping Seal,  I don't believe it is any longer in the market place, no wonder, with a brand name like Junket.  Pages are in good shape, with no tears or folds.  Inside page has a bit of pink staining, see picture 5,  but no other pages that I see have markings.  Booklet measures 6 x 8 1/4 inches and has 31 pages.  Interesting reading for vintage recipes, and 1940 family values.
