1905 era "The Rainbow Trail" 3 Foot Long Highway Strip Map

Description

This1905 era Highway Strip Map of "The Rainbow Trail" measures 36" long by 3 3/8" wide and shows a route from Atlantic City, N.J. to Philadelphia, PA to Niagara Falls.  The last section of the trip from near Waterloo, N.Y. offers two routes either through Rochester, N.Y. or Batavia, N.Y. The reverse side shows views primarily of Niagara Falls.  The Shredded Wheat Company, Niagara Falls, N.Y. offered this map and other routes to the scenic attraction.  The map is folded to six 6" segments.
