This 1961 map of the Canadian provinces of Ontario and Quebec was published by the Rand McNally Company for distribution by the American Oil Company at its gas stations.
The Ontario side of the map includes insets for Toronto, Ottawa, and the area around Lake Superior, a list of Ontario cities and towns, and a list of principal radio stations.
The Quebec side of the map features an inset for the Gasp
é Peninsula, a list of cities and towns in Quebec, and a list of its principal radio stations.
Both sides include a Legend showing how types of roads and routes are labeled on the map and a mileage scale.
This map has no date on it, but a comparison of how much of the American freeway I-75 is shown on the map with a history of the construction of I-75 led us to conclude that the map was produced in 1961.
Measures about 18 inches by 29 inches (about 45.7 cm by 73.6 cm).  The map is in excellent unused condition.
