A skilled delivery team will unload the item(s) from the truck and take it to the first available dry area outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). You will then be responsible for further transport beyond that point.

You will be notified of your delivery date and 4-hour appointment window via eBay email once your item(s) arrive at the local terminal. If necessary you can then reschedule your delivery.
No Signature Required:
You are not required to be present to accept the delivery. Your item(s) will be left in the first available dry area, as long as the delivery team determines the area is safe and secure.
