Description
Early turn-of-the-century J.M. Brunswick-Balke-Collender billiard cue and cloak (coat) closet. Solid hardwood paneled construction with original brass hardware. This cabinet was used to hang coats on the inside and the cues fit in side-mounted racks outside the cabinet. These racks are missing but are available online as reproductions. The cabinet was factory stained mahogany and has had a poor top coat of varnish applied. Once stripped down, this cabinet will be the focal point of your pool room. Drilled interior shelf pegs have been added sometime over the years. This cabinet measures approximately: Width 2'-5 1/2", Height 5'-3", Depth 1'-6". Due to size and weight, this item must be picked up locally in Lawrence, Kansas or you may select a shipping firm of your choice to prepare it for transit. Buyer pays all expense with pickup, packaging and delivery. Being offered "where is, as is" with no guarantee as to fitness of merchantability.
