    Baker’s Chocolate produced recipe booklets over the years and this 1936/edition is one of the more robust, it’s in very fine condition, no tears, or marks and the pages are intact. There are introductory pages of hints on hosting, guidance for general baking rules and pages of fabulous recipes beginning on page 8 through page 59. More notes on ingredient selection and an extensive index.
    Also offered for sale is a very rare recipe booklet produced by Reinhardt’s Chocolates based in Germany. The copyright for this pamphlet is 1926. The contents contain quite a bit of information about cocoa itself, and Reichardt’s wind-sifted process. Part II is chock full of recipes utilizing cocoa in cakes, pies, candies, and beverages. The booklet was printed in Germany.
