    Description

    This is a charming little folder full of delicious recipes using Van Houtens Cocoa.  Each recipe is attributed to a famous hotel in New York and signed by the chef.  The recipes include those of the Astor, Barbizon-Plaza, St. Regis, Etc.  The folder has 24 pages and is 5" by 2 & 3/4" bound with a staple.  It has some little tears on the edges and a horizontal fold across the middle but is complete and legible.  It would be a fun experiment to make each of these delicious desserts!
