    Description

    This appears to be a section of a tree branch with the bark removed and made into a box.  The top swivels to the side to open.  It isn't just round or oval -- it has one deep groove that makes it easy to put your fingers in to open.  Wood is a dark color.  Measurements are:  top 5" x 4"; height 3".
