    I have never used one but it does feel very pointy thru the plastic. I watched a video on these and it states for the first few minutes you do feel some pain from the from the points. But once you are relaxed it is better and you don't even notice them. Bag states 15 mins. Use at your own risk? There are many web pages to read and watch on these types of items.
