Tunstall Staffs by Podmore Walker & Co " California" pattern 04/02/1849 - Flow Blue Pedestal Tea/Coffee  3 Cups.  1849 .  3 1/8" tall x 3 " across the top. The marking on the bottom means the following IV means it's clay, the H is the month of April, the s is the year 1849. There is crazing from age and (2) cups have some small chips at the top.  Please see attached pictures.
I find a lot of our items from estates.
