VINTAGE ROCKWOOD'S COCOA 2 LB CHOCOLATE CARDBOARD CAN, BUTLER, BROOKLYN, NY

Description

Mostly empty (has a little cocoa left in the can) hard cardboard container, with tin top and bottom of Rockwood's Pure Cocoa, made by Rockwood & Co., Brooklyn, N. Y.  Container measures 4 3/4" x 9 3/4" x 3 1/4" and has its original top.  This is the 2 pound size.   Same image of the butler carrying 2 cups of cocoa on the front and back.  Front has  a light smudge to the left of the butlers face and one small scrape in the brown area on the right side, but otherwise superb condition.  Back has a few more smudges (see photos) but very presentable.  Overall, such a nice condition and shows so well on a shelf.  There is written measure instructions on the top of one side and I'm not sure if it was part of the tin or placed there by its first owner.  From a pet free and smoke free home.Best condition of any being offered on ebay and least expensive.
